Our Process
1. Design Your Dream PoolOur experienced design team is here to bring your vision to life. The process begins with an on-site consultation with our draftsperson. After finalising your plans, we’ll assist you in selecting finishes and layout options. Once everything is set, we then engineer your design for approval.
2. Approvals & CommencementThe approval process typically involves a combined Development Application (DA) and Construction Certificate (CC) through your local council, which can take up to 12 weeks. During this time, we’ll conduct your pre-build checks and finalize preparations for commencement.
3. Pre-Commencement Site VisitGenerally completed the day prior to or leading up to pool excavation. We confirm site levels, layout, and equipment placement. Please ensure your pool surrounds (tiles, concrete, etc.) are selected prior to this stage.
4. Excavation & ConstructionExcavation begins and your site becomes an active work area. The construction period is generally 7-10 days including the pool spray (concreting).
5. Pool Shell & Curing TimeAfter the pool shell is installed, it will undergo a boring but necessary 28-day curing period to achieve full strength. We recommend using this time to get all those external works underway for completion: pool surrounds, fencing and landscaping.
6. Inspections & HandoverWe manage and coordinate all required inspections with your chosen certifier – this includes your final fencing so we can coordinate our Pebblecreter or Tiler to finish off your pool ready for water. Our dedicated handover rep will then be onsite to go over everything you need to feel confident with your new pool and equipment.
